  2. In 2018 I bought a condo for $31k and heard “yea but now you have to live there” and I did. Then bought another in 2020, and 2023, and last month…now the rent profit makes it so I live where you wish you did and it’s free. Never paid a down payment either. Used no down primary residence loans on all of them and covid equity made me mad money on the first 2. But sure children just say it’s too hard. Ok doomer
