Needed a standard of living increase post Great Depression and that standard was trash; not eating everyday, no heat or ac, no car, no cell phone, no internet, no drugs and alcohol. All these broke millennials and gen z children are spending too much of bs and always have been since way before corona. I’m 30 self made with broke parents who now owns 3 houses. All you reading this can buy too with a fha first time buyer program. Stop making excuses

  2. 11:10 agreed completely. I worked 80+ hours a week my entire 20s as a janitor and delivery boy…I just got an offer accepted on a 4th house at age 31. Sure they’re all cheap but they rent just fine and all cash flow positive. I will say thank you covid real estate boom tho, that was lucky for me
