  1.  @omegaboi9625  The Taliban did not win one battle. The US & UK were not there to conquer, but to try to stop terrorism coming from there to their countries. They tried to help the Afghan government become democratic, but the Afghans are too divided. The West could have bombed everything and killed everyone, but that's not our way. Now they have the Taliban, so I hope they are happy.

  11. We seem well our governments seem to be happy letting Ukraine and Israel fight our enemies for us. There are huge ongoing Russian influence operations in our countries and it’s about time we realised that Russia and Iran are at war with the West and are attacking us using disinformation and subversion campaigns.

  20. What no one has mentioned is that although there are restrictions on Western weapons, Ukraine has them and is probably having a good look at how they work etc. I am sure it won't be long before they start producing very similar models themselves.

  37.  @Sann169  Before Russia invaded, less than 50% of Ukraine wanted to join NATO. Since then Finland and Sweden have both joined. This tends to happen when under threat of invasion by a bigger country.

  46. Keep friends close and enemies even closer. China will definitely stab Russia in the back. In fact, they already have several times. They have blocked Russian banking and withdrawn various development plans. It would be foolish for Ukraine not to behave civilly towards China, as it might result in less support for Russia. With the war not looking that good for Russia, I would expect China is keeping its options open.
