These are people who have no idea whats going on and would not have bothered to vote if it took any kind of effort, like driving to a polling place. Zuckerberg spends 400 million sending out harvesters in key areas going door to door telling people to fill out the ballot and then drop them off.

If non democrats want to win they just need to start spending money on harvesting wherever its legal. A republican in CA did ballot harvesting, they won, democrats tried to sue him for harvesting. The courts threw it out and said democrats made this legal so anyone can do it.
