  1.  @justinmiller5660  Problem is the Supreme Court does not have an enforcement aspect. Democrats could do it anyway and just ignore the order, dems control the enforcers of any of those orders and they are not going to arrest themselves.

  3. They have to know that will happen. Democrats always pretend to arrest themselves to play act 1960s civil rights hero because they know it will drive up their support.

  4. They have to know that would happen but they don't care. Democrats drive up their support by pretending to arrest themselves. Example: "the squad" pretending to get arrested at the capitol and the foreign climate girl.
