  1. Its inflation control to take the money out of circulation and sometimes they send it overseas. China has 6 trillion dollars in their safes, they could probably create hyper inflation in the US if they wanted to dump it all into the US at one time.

  2. Yes, when there is less of something its worth more. Its also why energy costs are going up because the Biden admin is reducing energy production and increasing demand by increasing the population. Less energy = higher living costs.
