  1. You know it. The first thing any good mayor would do who wants real change would be to clean up the rampant corruption in the Chicago police department. NYC was a disaster prior to Rudy Giuliani, the first thing he did when he got in office was clean up the NYPD. Of course now that NYC is democrat ran again we are seeing rampant corruption and NYC going back to pre Rudy.

  2. Either there are no "real progressives" or this is just what progressives always do. The Chicago police department needs to be cleaned up, they are so corrupt. Rudy Giuliani was more "progressive" than any progressive because the first thing he did was clean up the rampant corruption in the NYPD.

  3. The most corrupt police departments are usually ran by democrats. The Chicago PD is one of the most corrupt. The first thing any new mayor would have to do is clean up the CPD.
