  1. What kind of person becomes a cop? Mostly, but not all, its people who want power to push people around. Colorado did a great thing and they allow you to personally sue cops who violate your rights. So if the cop is sued, the cop has to pay for it and not the city.

  3.  @edwindavis5468  You are living in your own head if you think that. Also any county with a majority black population is always controlled by democrats and those police departments are ran by democrats. Democrats want bigger government and that means more police with more power.
