  8.  @mirabelarmstrong433  The short and pithy answer is: Democrat policies. In the 60s,70s,80s NYC was ran by progressives. It was a disaster with a lot of crime and homeless issues. Liberal voters moved, Giuliani won in the 90s and he reduced crime amazingly, Bloomberg kept it going. Progressive DeBlasio got in and NYC is now a disaster again. Also it doesn't help when you elect someone who opens the border and floods the country with gangs from other countries. So now you have your own home grown crime plus crime from other countries.

  25. By that "logic" car manufactures should be liable for any deaths or injuries, alcohol producers should be liable for death or injury. If someone uses a bat to inure or end someone the bat maker should be liable. And how about pharmaceutical companies? Big pharma are currently the only ones you can't sue.
