  4. Look up Russ Tice, he was a LEGAL whistleblower prior to Snowden. He said one reason for the spying program is to get dirt on people who can be extorted . I imagine its like the story of Jesus and Satan in the desert. Jesus could either bend the knee and be rewarded or stand up and suffer.
