  1. NYC will be the next Detroit. In the past you would see cycles. Dems promise free unicorns, idiots vote, democrats create misery, rich liberals move, republicans are now able to win and fix things. Now Dems figured out they could replace their fleeing voters with foreign voters and never lose power no matter how awful they are. The worst part is the rich liberals who move will turn red state blue but the blue states will never turn red.
