  2. If true, no one would be leaving blue states and going to red states like FL, TX. There may be specific areas in those states with crime but not on a state wide level.   4. Democrats are great at transferring blame. When things go bad in democrat ran areas its the fault of a farmer in Kansas who didn't vote democrat and enough voters believe it to keep Chicago blue for 100 years.
