  4. That will make NYC bluer than it already is so not much of a change there. But citizens are fleeing these places in large numbers which means a lower population and less seats for democrats. Illegals count as part of the population so democrats keep their seats. At best democrats are just keeping even.

  5.  @t.r.1503  Blue states are losing American population. When the population goes down, that state loses seats in government. When the population goes up, they gain seats. Illegal immigrants count as part of the population so illegals in blue states will allow democrats to keep seats or maybe even gain some if they get enough people.
