  1. The problem is democrats do a lot to destroy the country, republicans get power and do nothing to reverse any of it. The best we hope for is a pause. Republicans are much better on a local level. Republicans are like a person who is great at maintaining weight but if they ever let themselves go they will never lose the weight. Occasionally you get a Trump, Rudy Giuliani, or DeSantis who actually reverse bad dem policy.
