  3. The Aurora police have always been very corrupt and incompetent. It seemed like every week there was another Aurora cop caught driving drunk. They won't arrest dangerous criminals but they will gladly harass the law abiding with traffic tickets. They got a new guy to run it so maybe its being cleaned up but I doubt it.
