  3. They never say it was the democrat party who wanted slaves. They never say it was democrats who did red lining. They never say it was democrats who did jim crow. They never say it was democrats who defunded the police. Every race based policy has always been from democrats.

  4. It works to get votes so they will keep doing it. Also Democrats already have 90% to 99% of the black vote. They don't do this stuff for black voters, they do it to get votes from female voters of all races.
