  1. 10:40 Democrats always create corrupt police departments. Black voters correctly complain about corrupt police but keep voting for the democrats who run the PD.

  2. Race is part of it because 90% of black voters will keep voting democrat no matter how awful they are. Other voters don't have that same kind of blind allegiance to political parties.
