  7. We pretty much have that now its just a sneaky way of doing it . Fascism, the merger of state and corporate powers. What needs to happen is to make it a doctor patient relationship. Right now it goes patient to government to corporation and then doctor. Its similar to the way the gov can spy on us without a warrant by getting "private" companies to gather data and then the gov asks the companies for the data.
