  1. The odd thing is that 83% of black people want more police presence when asked but they still vote 97% for democrats who want less policing in black areas. Black voters also side with republicans in 70% of issues. Black voters voted to ban gay marriage in CA. But once again when they vote, they vote 97% democrat.

  4. Thing never change because they have this odd loyalty to democrats. Rudy Giuliani lowered crime in NYC and made it a lot safer for black people.
