  2. Democrats project. They see race in everything so they assume everyone must think the same way. If democrats did construction they would take race into account. Black voters have been voting democrat for nearly 100 years so if there is still all these issues democrats are the source. FDR was appointing actual pointy hood guys as judges and he got 71% of the black vote.
