  1. Its not about funding its about the fact that democrats vote for authoritarian laws that are enforced by the cops. Republicans in red counties typically like the local cops because republican voters are not voting for things like red flag laws and stop and frisk. I would also not like the cops if I lived in a blue county with police who are enforcing authoritarian laws. But if you vote democrat you only have yourself to blame for the current state of your local PD.

  2. If you want to take matters into your own hands the best solution is to just stop voting for democrats. People don't seem to understand that the cops are just enforcing laws that the people voted for. If the cops in your county are authoritarian and you voted for the party that is running the local PD, you only have yourself to blame.

  3. Sadly a lot of them will not have to deal with the consequences. They will move to Florida and vote for the same bad policies. In the past NYC would go back to being republican ran as rich liberals flee but democrats figured out they can keep power by importing new democrat voters from foreign countries. So NY will stay blue as Florida turns blue from all the liberal NYers.

  4. Democrats are not anti cop, they want control of the cops. They want cops who will let protestors burn your property and then give you a 2500 fine for air pollution.
