  2. Democrat ran PDs seem to always be the most chaotic. Look at the republican(Rudy) ran NYPD vs the democrat(DeBlasio/Dinkins) ran, its night and day.

  3.  @jerrymcclure5970  Its not exclusive to democrats but power always corrupts. Democrat voters give more power to the police. People who live in blue counties dislike their local cops more than people who live in red counties. Vote for bigger government and you are going to get police who have more excuses to harass you.
