  1. Democrats are authoritarians so anytime they take over they will create a corrupt police force. Its why democrat voters generally hate local cops while republican voters generally like the local cops. Chicago, DC, L.A., Baltimore, SF... all democrat ran and all very corrupt. Look at the NYPD it was corrupt pre Rudy. Rudy cleaned it up. Dems take NYC back over and the NYPD is going back to pre Rudy.
