  1. No one would do this in their private life. If a plumber destroyed your plumbing and then you gave him double to fix it and he destroyed it again, you would get a new plumber the next time. But in democrat ran cities the problem creators get more money and more votes by making things worse year after year.

  2. We have a good system where you can test policy on a state level or county level and see if it works. But it doesn't work when you have dogmatic democrats who will never admit their policies are the problem.
