  1. As with all democrat activist judges they will bypass voters by "interpreting" the law to fit their unpopular agenda. Thats the only qualification dems care about. And since black women vote 98% democrat its their safest bet that she will not disobey.

  2.  @Bridging_the_Political_Divide  She was a part of the Bush legal team. It was one reason why I thought she was a not so great pick. Every conservative president should do their best to stay away from anyone involved with Dubya Bush. Kavanaugh was a terrible pick as he was in even deeper with the Bush neocons. Democrats use every position to gain more power through politics. Republicans should be doing the same thing. It would have been better if Trump appointed Mark Levin and Tucker Carlson.
