  1. The wealthy are Malthusians. They believe resources will run out from population growth. They will stop the 99.99% from consuming anything so they can live a life of excess. The average people who support it seem to think they are part of the club. Its also why they are encouraging young women to sterilize themselves, get abortions, and not have kids.
