From what I understand Alex never got a trial to prove he was guilty. The judge just said he was guilty and the case was about how much he would have to pay.

@ultrastoat3298 Fake news, he said part of what he does is entertainment, he never said he doesn't believe what he says. If hes going through all of this just for a character then hes an even more dedicated performer than Andy Kaufman.

@nick1801 You can't give "evidence" if it doesn't exist. If true that is the same thing they did to Trump. The decided Trump was guilty but because there was no evidence of his guilt they accused him of hiding evidence. Everything Jones supposedly did was on air s o I don't know how you hide evidence that was all public.
