  2. That was my biggest problem with RvW. It set the precedent that democrats could see things in the constitution that does not exist. Either amend the constitution or its a states issue.

  3. In 1929 Edward Bernays was hired by big tobacco to get women smoking. Bernays created the "Torches of Liberty" campaign. Smoking became a womens rights issue and women started smoking in large numbers. Hollywood also helped by showing classy women smoking. Now whenever they want to sell something to a lot of women(not all) they call it a right.
