  6.  @viasevenvai Its not set in stone. You can amend the constitution but democrats know their policies are not popular even among their own voters. And they could never get the numbers to support amending the constitution to criminalize speech or outright criminalize self defense. The problem is dems just ignore the law instead of trying to amend the constitution and republicans allow it. In CA progressives tried to remove civil rights from the CA constitution but it failed through a vote but that didn't stop them from going through with ignoring civil rights laws.
