  1. More crime means more power for democrats. They free the violent criminals, crime goes up, and then blame the crime on you for having too many rights. They get more power, your rights are criminalized and repeat until you are in a total police state.

  2. I believe they free them because higher crime = fear. More fear = more control over the people. The average person does not know about a DA freeing violent criminals. They just know crime is up and they vote for democrats who run on lowering the crime. They don't know its progressive DAs who are the source of the crime increase.

  5. It probably would not do anything. As long as NYC is democrat controlled, you will just get a new progressive DA with the same policies.
