  1. Giuliani fixed NYC in the 90s after decades of a democrat ran disaster. Bloomberg improved on Giulianis work. But then Deblasio took over and destroyed things very quickly. I don't think NYC will come back this time.

  3. They want high crime so they have an excuse to expand the police state. If democrats/neocons put soldiers on the streets one day it wouldn't go over well. But increase the crime and you get people to beg for it.
