  2. NYC is the best example of what the right leadership can do. Giuliani made NYC livable after decades of democrat rule. It only took progressive DeBlasio a few years to destroy it all.

  3. One theory is that democrat voters clump in small areas and it hurts democrats with the electoral so they want to force their voters to spread out and make more of the map blue. Another theory is they want to destroy property values, Blackrock or whoever will buy everything for cheap, and then they will send in cops to clean it up, and values will go back up. NYC will become 100% renters with a handful of owners. You will own nothing and be happy.
