  3. When conservatives want to clean up a park they solicit help and clean up the park themselves. When progressives want a park cleaned, they spend millions campaigning so they can get in office and force someone else to clean the park but it usually never happens and they take the money for themselves that was allocated to clean the park. And then they find out that the promise to clean the park brings in more money every year so now they have incentive to make sure no one cleans the park.
