  1. The problem is the progressive leadership. Instead of having prisons, they want an open air prison where everyone has the same "rights" as prisoners because we know how safe prisons are.

  2. Its a minority of a minority. The demographics stayed the same under Giuliani but the criminals were locked up so NYC didn't have these problems. The main problem is the majority of that minority and women vote to protect criminals and then they complain about it.
