  1. They do but democrats have a different definition of what a criminal is. For example you can offensively use a gn to rob people but if someone uses a gn in self defense they go to jail.

  3. It seems a lot of it is in the hands of the voters. As long as the voters want this, its not going to change. We are seeing more areas like Detroit being created and democrats continue to easily win elections in Detroit.
