  1. Its only a race thing because blacks vote 90%% democrat. You could get these areas in order with good leadership and prison. NYC under Giuliani became a much safer place and the demographics stayed the same.

  2. I'm guessing thats the end goal. Progressives don't believe in private property so if they can chase out all private business, they have an excuse to open state ran grocery stores.
