  5. I assume its a way to stop the flow without saying you are stopping the flow. For example: You have to contact us and set up times but conveniently you can't get anyone on the phone to set up a time and place. Its like dems saying they are pro 2nd amendment but if you want to legally own a gn, you have to get written permission from someone who will take 3 months to turn down your request.
