  1. Remember the torture whistle blower. The Bush admin was not going to charge him because there was no crime. As soon as Obama got in, Brennan contacted Obamas DOJ and told them to find a crime they can charge him with and bankrupt him. The process is the punishment for being their political enemy. This is why I think having a republican in office is generally better because the media would never allow Bush to do what Obama could do.
