.... its the bronx unfortunately less good schools there as a result less good students. but everyone has been picked on and bullied in school it is a shame but students are cruel in those areasl and even more bias. please raise your hand if you have been picked on before and everyone in school yelling fight fight fight and then watching like idiots. they see it as entertainment. I wonder why no one steps in to say stop... maybe because those students would start to pick on him too. ring a bell? yes that happens Frequently and teachers really do not too much except look at them after the fact. it'll be better in college kids are stupid early on the ones that go to college start thinning out the bigots and then you start having an easier time meeting decent people. but this is why we are a republic and not a democracy if democracy eg mob rules this will happen to minorities. so a balanced approach is needed I wonder though NYC is usually a democratic interestingly. wait it cant be democrats being bigots as well... look lets just admit both democrats and republicans are generally bias same old same old clones of one another except one markets themselves slightly different but are the same inside and thus neither are better than the other. try to vote 3rd party instead of the main 2 if possible. instead be a constitutionalist and stop spitting on our constitution for convenience this goes for both parties.
