  1. They refuse to lower the house prices because all the banks would go bankrupt if they lower rent. That means the property values would go down as well and they can't have that because they're using the housing market as leverage to juice up the stock market as well. Corporations use it as leverage

  2. ​@ it would mean banks speculators hedge funds cant use houses as leverage. basically either you own it to live in/maybe at most rent out for cashflow or gtfo. no keeping things empty at all. definitely need to tax foreign ownership of land as well. ban all international corporations from owning land the best they can do is rent from the locals.

  3. So so is basically worthless. The ai isn't even doing the slave labor it's being used to manage people as overwatch instead of actually doing any work making ai worthless. All ai stocks need to go bankrupt useless trash. Do not work for any company using AI for managing people. Do not rent from any landlord using AI to increase rent eg corporations let them go bankrupt expose them sue them
