  2. ohhh finally they have the add on I been waiting if they add this to rav4 prime it would be sick 200 watts per hour it seems for small cars so for SUV it could go to 400 watts 610 for it may be costlier than necessary. it may be able to be gotten for 400 instead. the real issue is you need to upgrade to the highest trim level and thats 40k without a tax rebate from toyota. rather just get a tesla. they may as well let us charge from 3rd party solar panels using cigarette lighters like trickle charging. 0.15 kwhr ? so they complaining. like 30 cents saved per day or 30 cents in california x 2 = 60 cents per day. 220 saved per year or more so in California payback period is about 3 years. in other locations payback period is 6 years. 200 watts per hour is really too low and the batteries should essentially be lifepo4 anyway to gain higher cycles since rapid charging degrades the battery solar charging helps ideally we could just plug in our own solar charging stations and charge faster as well. plugin hybrids are the way to go with solar roofs and hoods imo at least. makes sense.
