  1. this would solve the housing crisis and homeless crisis in the bay area except politicians and nimby. residents that dont want their property values to crash. except when you get affordable housing that makes sense their prices will crash. THEY fighting for that. or people leave and their prices still crash. makes no sense. back to virus. there is no shortage of ability to make cheap housing. no house or shelter should cost more than 1/3 income as rent or 3x annual household income. of area. gg
