  1. removal of income taxes and do land value taxes is always the answer but elites hate it. GEORGISM is the long term answer especially after solving the immediate issue.

  3.  @thomasgrabkowski8283  should never be in the first place. USA 2008-2011 should have dropped prices by another 30% but they saved it instead by stealing from future generations for 100 years+ to bail out the elites.
