  3. ​ @robertsanchez3649  i don't mind that at all. remove income tax should be primary objective and shifting it to property to curb speculation and if they do it will punish them with higher taxation. gambling with the fact they need to increase rents until their city is depopulated like detroit for over taxing their residents and rents and those arguing about min wages? tie it to rent and property values and call it a day. I don't agree with forcing the peasants to pay for the defense of the elites assets they own. All benefits them as they leech the expenses of maintaining their property values on others. Providing little to no benefit to others. Property owners if they wanna keep property values high should probably pay up.
