The cheater is the federal reserve and the gov delinking the dollar from gold so it became free money for all by stealing wealth. Ray dalio was stolen from by these people not him not being right. Again Ray Dalio was so right that they needed to cheat. The thievery was insane. But he didnt account for them cheating that's why he lost to them. Now he knows they will cheat so he can invest accordingly.
