  3.  @clifrisner1532  voted for prop 13 and 47. Legal drugs and theft. Prop restricts taxation on property meaning they will transfer it to income tax. Prop was just a trick to help the wealthy and transfer tax burden to the middle class. It seems California fell for it. Stupid.stupid stupid. What other stupid props came up I wonder.
