LOOK just stop it with IRS income taxes and remove it completely. we all know rich people dont pay income tax. instead conduct property taxes we all know the wealthy are buying up properties. plus foreign property taxes if they are not a usa citizen to replace the foreign buyers that dont use the property. this will help enrich the usa citzens rather than helping the wealthy and foreign internationals these mofos think they are immune.
