  2. its like bank signup bonuses they will not offer more interest for your dollars so they give signup bonuses for one time. thinking we wont leave after terms are up smart people buy in and then leave right after fulfilling the contract as there is no incentive. they are betting lazy people stay with them forever thinking lazy people are stupid and can keep them stupid and leech off their work. this is what MCD is now trying to do. they all think we are STUPID. They can go pound sand if they refuse to raise their wages or give hazard pay to attract workers.
