  1. to reflect min wage it should be based on the city rather than state NYC would need to have a min wage of 25 dollars = 52k for a average rent of 2-3k SF would need to have a min wage of 30 dollars = 62800 for a average rent of of 3-4k if we go by 1/3 your income level nyc rent wages would need to be 6-9k per month or 72- 108k year SF would need to be 9-12k per month =108-144k year So basically only those working as a doctor and lawyer NP or PA can also do it after gaining exp not starting out. Doctors in residency only make 40-50k so they need to wait it out meaning in debt. So either drop the rent or increase wages. I favor having real-estate crash. But the rich will never have that and still think a debilitated house is worth millions in nyc and SF without trying to renovate it at all in the bad part of neighborhood. them flippers are flipping wet. We need a crash not higher wages.
