  1. that is us basically paying for all the construction of chips fabs. not the companies footing any bill at all. How about this NO FKEN WAY! SO DO THEY OWN THE PLANT OR US WE PAID FOR IT WE CAN BUILD IT THEN THEY CAN RENT FROM US. with a long term lease. IF they stop lease then we use them with DOD and make our own military grade chips. But I guess this is far better than bailing out banks or auto manufacturers that do nothing really
